WOMEN IN CITIES INTERNATIONAL

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Women in Cities International, to be held on Friday, August 29, 2008 from 1:30 to 3:30 P.M. in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (exact location will be sent to you at a later date).

At this meeting, the following issues will be addressed:

1. Review and adoption of the annual report.
2. Review and adoption of financial statements for the year ending March 31st, 2008.
3. Re-appointment of the auditor for the financial year 2008-2009.
