Summary
In no more than 250 words, briefly describe the initiative, its concrete activities and any outcomes.This summary will help judges understand your initiative prior to examining its details.
1. What are the goals/objectives of the initiative? Please underline
any objectives/goals that take into account the different needs of women
and men - maximum 150 words
2. What problems or needs does the initiative address? (maximum 150 words)
3. How did your initiative identify and prioritise problems? For example:
consultation, major incident, etc. - maximum 150 words
5. When did the initiative start?
6. When will the initiative be completed? (Does the project have an
end date?)
7. How is your initiative funded? (maximum 100 words)
8. What is the level of activity?
9. How is the initiative implemented and managed at the local level?

10. Please identify and explain the roles of each partner involved in
the initiative? What type of support do they provide, for example,
